We Are The Mavs
The Macon Mavs Basketball Program is a non-profit corporation, organized to assist student in developing life skills while preparing them for college This program provides our youth with opportunities for advancement and enrichment through the participation in positive, safe, and rewarding activities that benefit the players, families and communities. Our youth program is established and highly respected in grass roots basketball.
Our Coaches
Our teams have the unique opportunity to play basketball for some of the best youth coaches around. Our coaches are coaching for one reason, to help develop our kids into better athletes and young men. Winning is not the focus for our program, but only a result of the hard work and focused training our players receive while playing for The Macon Mavs.
Under Armour Future
When looking at AAU basketball there are many different levels. The best level of AAU is split into three different circuits. The Nike, Adidas, and Under Armour circuits. The Macon Mavs are now part of the exclusive Under Armour Future circuit, giving our players the opportunity to play against elite competition.
Tournaments
Our teams compete in the top independent circuits like Hoopseen, USA Basketball, Marquee Hoops and Teammates Basketball. Each team will have the option to enter multiple tournaments depending on skill level of each team.
